Summer 2012 ADULT ICE HOCKEY LEAGUE
• 84 teams in 14 divisions based on caliber (non-contact)
• Over-35 Divisions where possible (or as close as possible)
• Games played at University of Ottawa Sports Complex & Carleton University
• Season from approximately mid-April to mid-August
• Teams play 20 games including playoffs (19 games for teams eliminated after playoff round-robin)
• Approximately 85% of games are scheduled between Sunday evenings and Thursday evenings
• Schedule, standings and statistics posted daily on Travellers web site
• Returning Travellers League summer and winter teams are guaranteed a spot in this year’s summer league provided their fully completed registration and all cheques are received by Feb 20, 2012, after which new and returning teams will be accepted equally on a first-come, first-served basis.

REGISTRATION STEPS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Step 1: Submit a non-refundable initial $395 deposit cheque or bank draft, and other required cheques as indicated below:
1st cheque: $395 initial deposit cheque dated immediately (refunded if team not accepted)2nd cheque: $1,925 dated April 25, 20123rd cheque: cheque dated May 23, 2012 for either$1,875 if application received by early-bird deadline of Feb 20, 2012,OR > $1,975 if registration received after February 20, 2012.OR > $2,075 if registration received after March 7, 2012.
FULL PAYMENT OPTION: Balance of entry fee (after initial deposit of $395) received and payable in full to Travellers on or before April 25, 2012, will be accepted at the full early-bird discounted rate of $4195.
Plus: A separate returnable $150 team bond cheque, dated no later than April 30, 2012. (If your team already has a $150 bond held by the league, this separate cheque for $150 is not required)
Cheques or drafts are payable to “Travellers Athletic Club”. Please write team name on front of all cheques. “Cash” payments for entry fees or team bond not accepted.

2: TEAM ROSTER/CALIBRE FORM (PDF) RTF Format (Even though your roster may change prior to the beginning of the season, an interim Roster/Calibre form must be submitted)

If within 3 days of a deadline date, we highly recommend delivering the registration by hand. Your registration will be marked as received only when it is physically received at the 41 Farm Gate address.

INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR A TEAM
The Travellers league does not pair players with teams or make teams of individual players. We do, however, offer individual players space on our “Draft Board”. Teams that are looking for extra players can consult the Draft Board and make contact with any of the players listed. There is no guarantee you’ll be picked. PLAYER WAIVERS
Once your team is accepted into the League, each player on your team will be required to sign the "Player Waiver/Registration Form" on the website before his/her first game of the season.
ACCIDENTAL MEDICAL-DENTAL COVERAGE for individual players will once again be made available at $13.95 to Travellers players at time of players’ online summer registration providing coverage for the up-coming summer and winter seasons.
